In those moments when I'm feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply out of sorts I like to do a baseline check-in with myself. There are a few foundational things that affect my my mood and physical health that I, or all of us, more or less have control over. So what is this wellness check-in and why is it important?
